Data collected by International Studies (IS) will be used only for implementing UCF study abroad programs or providing you information about study abroad or other internationalization-related activities. For information about student Rights to Privacy, please visit the UCF Registrar website.

We may request permission to share some non-directory and/or directory information with partners and vendors abroad. If this information is required as part of the terms of participation in the program, we will communicate that with you and request that you grant your permission to share this information only for the purposes described. We will disclose the purpose for requesting this information and notify you when the information has been shared.

Some of the information will be saved for the period of time designated by the state of Florida's archiving policies. We will not disclose your information to third parties or other government agencies, unless we have gotten your consent or are required to do so by Florida law, Federal law, or in case of a crisis or emergency. Our Web server does automatically recognize the Internet domain and IP address from which you accessed the site. However, International Studies (IS) only compiles aggregated statistics about the volume and timing of access to our Web site.
