Czech Republic is located in central Europe and is bordered by Poland, Slovakia, Austria, and Germany. The country's official language is Czech; however, the Czech Republic officially recognizes twelve other minority languages! Some of which are Slovak, German, Russian, Polish, and Ukranian. The landscape varies across the country and there are four national parks. Czech cuisine consists of mostly meat dishes, including pork, beef, chicken, goose, and duck. Their signature dish is svíčková na smetaně (Marinated Beef Sirloin) and it is made up of vegetables, marinated beed with dumplings, and a cream sauce.
