Lithuania, or the Republic of Lithuania, is located in north-east Europe. It is one of the three Baltic States and shares borders with Latvia, Belarus, Poland, and a Russian exclave. The traditional Lithuanian dish is Cepelinai, or Didžkukuliai, and it consists of dumplings made from potatoes stuffed with meat. Rye bread, mushrooms, cold Borscht (Beetroot Soup), minced meat, and potatoes are also popular Lithuanian foods.
