The Rosen College of Hospitality Management (RCHM) exchange program with MODUL University in Vienna, Austria, combines sound academic theory with business-related training. MODUL Vienna's main focus is to provide an educational experience rooted in solving real world, current and future problems of the industry. The educational program is aimed at preparing students to take up leading positions in the tourism and leisure industry worldwide, as well as to run their own businesses profitably. The MODUL Vienna study programs are designed for students who want to have a solid foundation for a career in the tourism and leisure industry. MODUL Vienna is located on Kahlenberg hill, about 25 minutes on bus from U4's Heiligenstadt underground station. Vienna is the capital and the largest city in Austria, with a population of 1.65 million; 2.3 million within the Metropolitan area of Vienna. It is the cultural, economic, and political center of the country. It is centrally located with easy access to the rest of Europe.

You can apply online for this program. The application includes the submittal of a brief essay (500 words) that clearly describes your academic and personal goals, as well as how this program would further them. We recommend you work on your essay outside the application environment and then paste it on the appropriate field.
In addition, the application process also requires that you submit the following items to Joshua Johnson, RCH 201C:
Selected participants must meet with the Program Coordinator to discuss and register for the appropriate coursework. Course work completed through the program may count as 12 semester hours of restricted elective or general elective course work.
All applications will be reviewed by the Rosen College International Committee and selected applicants will be notified of how to follow up. Assessment of the applications will be based on the academic qualifications of the applicant, as well as fit with the courses that the applicant has taken.
