Jönköping is one of the ten largest cities in Sweden and is also one of the most beautifully located at the juncture of three sprawling lakes. Jönköping University has some 12,000 students, of which 1,300 are international students from 72 countries. The School of Education and Communication is one of four schools constituting Jönköping University and hosts approximately 5,000 students. The school's vision is to build for the future through learning, communication and research, and to prepare students to master the challenges that flow from continuous change in local and global society. The modern campus with all four schools, the University Library, and the Students' House is situated right in Jönköping city centre, close to everything that the town has to offer.

You can apply online for this program. The application includes the submittal of a brief essay (500 words) that clearly describes your academic and personal goals, as well as how this program would further them. We recommend you work on your essay outside the application environment and then paste it on the appropriate field.
In addition, the application process requires that you select one instructor familiar with you who is willing to provide an Academic Reference. The instructor must be able to explain why you are a good candidate for this program.
Selected participants must meet with their Academic Advisor to discuss and register for the appropriate coursework. Coursework completed through the program may count as equivalent UCF course credit and/or as restricted or general elective credit.
All applications will be reviewed by the Nicholson School of Communication and selected applicants will be notified of how to follow up. Assessment of the applications will be based on the academic qualifications of the applicant, as well as fit with the courses that the applicant has taken.
