The UCF College of Business student exchange at the School of Business of Jönköping University is designed to expose UCF students to professional and academic practices outside of the US. In addition, participants in this exchange are expected to develop skills to adapt to a different academic and geographical environment. Jönköping University, a private institution of higher education founded in 1994, has approximately 12,000 students, 1,300 of which are international students from 72 countries. The Jönköping International Business School is EQUIS and AACSB accredited.
Jönköping is in the south of Sweden, was founded in the 13th Century, and is one of the ten largest municipalities in the country, with a population of 123,500. Jönköping is the provincial capital and administrative center for Jönköping County. It houses government agencies as well as legal and judicial authorities.
- UCF GPA: 2.75
- Must be a pre-business or business major
- Must be in good standing (academic, conduct and financial) with UCF
- Must be registered full-time while participating in the exchange
- Must have at least one semester left to graduate, upon returning from your semester abroad
