The UCF College of Business has designed a unique International Business Minor that integrates 15 credits of study abroad into the curriculum. The College has partnered with the University Studies Abroad Consortium (USAC) to provide students with opportunities to complete the study abroad component at various locations around the world. These programs aim to deepen the students’ understanding of economic and business topics through innovative academic programs.
All programs are offered jointly by USAC and the University of Nevada, Reno, which is an AACSB accredited university, with appropriate coursework in International Business.
- Shanghai, China
- Torino, Italy
- Bilbao/Getxo, Spain
Program Structure and Assessment:
Students will enroll in one language course and four other courses related to international business from the list of courses offered in each location. Please note that although these programs offer intensive language study, UCF students will only enroll in one language course in order to accommodate their required international business elective courses. It is possible for students with junior standing and a 3.0 GPA to participate in a business internship for 3 credits in all three locations. Advanced language skills are required for internships in Bilbao & Shanghai. All courses must be pre-approved by the Associate Director of International Programs at the College of Business. Launch your international career through our International Business Minor!
