Program Description:
The UCF College of Business Administration has partnered with Masa Israel to provide UCF business students with the opportunity to study abroad at Tel Aviv University and participate in a business internship.

Masa Israel, a public-service organization, is the leading organization in the long term Israel experience space, and it sets the industry standard. They are dedicated to connecting young adults to study abroad in Israel. No other organization makes it easier for young adults to explore all that Israel has to offer.

Tel Aviv University, Israel’s largest and most comprehensive academic institution, boasts a diverse and dynamic student body and a faculty of nationally and internationally renowned scholars and scientists. It consistently ranks in the top 20 universities in the world in terms of scientific citations and among the top 100 universities internationally. It is conveniently located in the vibrant city of Tel Aviv, a start-up hub, a cultural capital with a thriving arts scene, rich history, and world-class museums and galleries, not to mention incredible nightlife and scenic beaches. 

Program Structure and Assessment

Tel Aviv University Semester Abroad and Internship Program

Tel Aviv University International invites you to immerse yourself in our excellent academic program while you intern in Tel Aviv all while experiencing the real Israeli lifestyle!



Spring Semester and Internship program

Spring Semester students will get acquainted with their positions while studying during the spring semester and taking 3 or 4 business courses for their minor. They will officially be full time interns for six weeks during the summer and will receive a total of 3 credits for their internship.

Fall Semester and Internship program

Fall Semester students will begin the program with the summer internship and go on to participate as students in the Fall semester and taking 3 or 4 business courses, while continuing their work as interns. They will receive a total of 3 credits for their internship.

Students can earn 12-15 credits for their international business minor.


Summer Internship Program

A 7-week internship program is available for the summer term, which is taught together with a 3-credit workshop. There is also a 4-week session with a business courses available.

All courses must be pre-approved by the the College of Business. You should meet with Holly Bouma, the Associate Director of International Programs at the College of Business, to discuss course options and UCF credit: holly.bouma@ucf.edu


Accommodation:

Housing is arranged through the university in residence halls.

Minimum Requirements:
  • UCF GPA: 3.0
  • Must be a pre-business or business major
  • Business Common Program Prerequisites complete
  • Must be in good standing (academic, conduct and financial) with UCF
  • Must have at least one semester left to graduate, upon returning from your semester abroad

UCF Administration Fee: $350 (charged to your student account)
