About UCF:

The University of Central Florida and its 13 colleges provide opportunities to more than 70,000 students from all 50 states and 140 countries. Located in Orlando Florida, UCF is the nation’s largest university. UCF is called a “Top Up-and-Coming” national university by U.S. News & World Report, a best-value university by The Princeton Review and Kiplinger’s, and one of the nation’s most affordable colleges by Forbes.

Over the years UCF has developed and maintained mutually beneficial relationships with partner universities in many countries abroad, so we are not only happy with sending our own students overseas but we embrace the ability to host international exchange students. This not only fosters globalization but more importantly it helps to facilitate cultural diversity on a wide scale, striking a balance between social learning and academics.

Requirements:

In order to participate in the exchange program at UCF, you must be nominated by one of our partner institutions. Please visit the international office of your home university and meet with an advisor to begin the nomination process. Be sure to plan ahead! Nomination deadlines are March 1 for fall semester and academic year admission, and September 1 for spring semester admission. You must note that this is only for exchange programs, degree seeking students need to contact the UCF Global Division.

Once nominated the students will be sent a welcome email with details on the next steps.

If there is anything that you are unsure about or if you simply would like some additional information, please visit the Incoming Exchange FAQs or feel free to send an email to exchangein@ucf.edu.
